Application submitted for mixed use scheme in Dover

Porta Planning has submitted a planning application to Dover District Council for a new mixed use scheme in Dover Town Centre. The proposal comprises a 6 storey building with flexible Classes A1, A2, A3 & A4 uses together with office space (over ground and first floors) and 28 new flats over second to fifth floors, with a communal roof garden, car parking, cycle storage and associated works.

This is an exciting new scheme for Dover as this site has been vacant since 2014 following the demolition of the former nightclub and cinema.

If you are interested in any aspect of this project, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Nicola Forster or Edward James.
