Dover Western Docks Revival Masterplan

Advising on development potential and planning strategy and supporting the development of a masterplan for new cargo terminal facilities; and the regeneration of Wellington Dock and Dover Waterfront for mixed-uses including commercial, retail, leisure and residential and the development of a new 370-berth marina.

Dover Waterfront encompasses Grade II listed late-Regency terraces, former rail ferry (and raised walkway) and Lord Warden House, and the Waterloo Mansions Conservation Area.
