Planning permission secured for the redevelopment of a former funeral directors and garaging site to provide a mixed-use building to the front of the site providing a new retail unit and 4 residential flats. To the rear of the site, the approved scheme proposes 5 mews-courtyard houses, as well as shared car-parking and playspace.

Consent was secured in 5-months from instruction, in which time we engaged in pro-active and collaborative pre-application discussions with Croydon Council, before submitting the full planning application.
